David's Memory verses

This was taped at the suggestion of Aunt Hope and Uncle Paul as they thought it would be cute. He has learned many more verses since we were at their house but you can still tell he is a 3 year old. But it is great to see his mind remember the scriptures.

We read a new story every night(at least most night) and at the end of the story is a Bible Memory verse and most nights we go over the past verses and he has really taken off on remembering them.

Update

I just wanted to take some time to update this incase anyone looks here from time to time. 

Ryan is now a teenager and trying to be a grown up. David is now 3 and is wearing big boy underwear, saying his ABC's, memorizing scripture and being a big helper to mommy. Hope is turning 2 in a few months..thinks she can count, thinks she can say her ABC's and is being a girl who although she wears pink...is a big tomboy. I am waiting and expecting another little one in about 2 months and wondering how things are going to go once there are 3 littles running around or being here all the time. 

In January we took a nice vacation to Hope and Paul's place in Florida and had a blast spending time being relaxed.

 

 We are going to be starting a new thing here at our small place in PA..we are going to raise rabbits and chickens in the yard after Polyface's example. I will and plan to update this on the progress of the raising of these small animals. We are planning on 3 rabbits, 6 layer hens, 1 rooster, and about 8 broiler chickens.

Start of something new

Well today is going to be the start of something new in the fact that I am trying to follow a schedule at the house and get more things done. I want to be able to spend time playing with the kids instead of always trying to get things done. I will update the blog as possible but will only get on the computer when kids are sleeping. Here's to trying something new. :)

Ok...so I am bad at posting on here

I noticed that I hadn't done anything on here since ohh January of last year so I decided to update the blog and try to check in more frequently. We did have a little girl last July and she actually just celebrated her first birthday.

The boys are getting bigger and in a little over a week Ryan will be going to camp for the first time. I am trying to find out the correct way to be a stay at home mom and get all the things done. I will try to post more about it later but the kids are now awake and wanting out of beds.

Long Time

Ok so its been awhile since I posted anything on here so here are some updates....

David is now running around and climbing on things. He is starting to talk and communicate better especially since he is only 13 months old.

Ryan is in school and doing really well. He should be playing spring soccer but we will see.

Jessie and I are expecting a new baby in July and can't wait to see if this one will be a girl or not. I recently had an ultrasound and for the first time got to see one of my children have the hiccups during the ultrasound. It was quite cute and interesting to see.
